Here’s How It Works:
- Download the App: Sign up for the service through the Dubai Police Smart Home Security App.
- Register Online: Provide your Emirates ID, contact information, travel dates, and emergency contact details. You can do this before departure at the airport or while outside Dubai through the app.
- Submit Your Request: Fill out the application and submit it with any required documents.
- Get Confirmation: You’ll receive a reference number via SMS and email for tracking your request.
Important Points:
- This service is only available for villas within Dubai.
- Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked.
- Store valuables in locked wardrobes, safes, or ideally, at a bank.
- Don’t leave car keys or other important keys in easily accessible locations.
